Spa Specialties
• The Zen Lounge is very relaxing. We provide nuts, fruits, citrus water and tea for you, your family, your friends or your co-workers.
• We have an infra-red sauna in the women’s and men’s locker room that will comfortably fit two people at a time.
• A large luxury shower built for one available in each locker room.
• Our themed treatment rooms will provide the most relaxing atmosphere for your guest’s treatment.
Option One
• Services only, with no facility fee (spa remains open to public)
• For party’s of 8 people or less.
Option Two
• Services and facility fee (spa is closed to the public and private for you & your party)
• Required for parties of 9 people or more
• Three hour time block
• Feel free to bring food and beverages or have us order them from the Commons for you. A 20% service fee is added to the cost of food ordered.
• A signed agreement provided by ZenSpa is required.
• For parties of 9 people and over, a 15% gratuity fee for all services will be charged.
• To rent out the spa for a private party. Must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance.
Party of 5- 8
- Full price costs of 10 – 16 services, each client orders 2 services
- $700 facility fee
Party of 9 or 10
- Full price costs of 18 – 20 services, each client orders 2 services
- $550 facility fee
Group Spa policies
• It is very quiet and peaceful in the spa and we request very low voices in the spa, locker room and lounge area.
• Please leave cell phones in your car or turn them off when you enter spa. Cell phones are not allowed in the spa.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatments.
• We require a credit card to hold these appointments.
• Cancellation policy: Treatments should to be canceled within 48 hours or full treatment amount will be charged to credit card.
• We suggest booking appointments 3 weeks in advance in order to guarantee desired treatments when booking a large party.
• Remember to leave all jewelry in your purse locked in the locker prior to your treatment. We do not want you to forget your lovely items.
• Individuals in group must be 16 years of age or older.
• If any individuals are under the age of 18, a waiver is required to be sign by a parent ahead of time.
• Signed confirmation of all services is required at time of bookings. (schedule provided)
• Phone confirmation is done 48 hours in advance.
• We provide tea, water, cookies, fresh fruit, nuts and snack crackers in the lounge
• Hours available: Friday – Sunday: 9am – 12noon, 5pm – 8pm, Monday – Thursday: 10am – 5pm.
• No alcohol policy unless pre-approved by the owners.
