Reservations and Timing
Reservations recommended; however, same day appointments may be available.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, change, and relax in Zen Lounge. Credit Card required at time of booking.
Pre-payment is required for reservations for groups of four or more.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, there will be a 4-hour cancellation policy. Without this notification you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Teenagers/Child Care
Parent must provide written permission for treatments for minors. Children under 12 must be supervised and kept out of the Zen Lounge.
Merchandise Returns
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days with receipt.
Gift Certificates
The client must present actual gift card at time of service for redemption.
