Zenspa Signature Deep Tissue
A more focused massage that reduces areas of general tension or chronic discomfort due to sports, incorrect posture, or over-worked muscles. This restorative bodywork is firmer and more specific, yet always stays within your level of comfort. Sessions may be: full-body for general tension, or partial-body for specific problem areas. For all massages, pressure is adjusted to each client’s preference and comfort level.
Signature Swedish and Deep Tissue massages include hot towels, optional body cushion and have five different options in their treatment times.

Reflexology
Reflexology maintains a link between the feet, hands and internal organs to create self healing within the body. Specific techniques are used to work these reflex points, resulting in stimulation and relaxation of internal organs. Excellent by itself or as an add-on to any massage.

Royal Zen Massage
A thai herbal poultice brings a deep medicinal heat to the muscles, releasing tension and revitalizing your mind. This treatment utilizes pressure-point massage with an energizing blend of aromatherapy oils.

Hot Stone Massage
This Native American Massage uses stones to penetrate heat into the muscles. Stone patterns are custom designed by the therapist to enhance tissue and muscle massage. Reach a deep meditative state and leave feeling balanced and connected.

Abhyanga
Warm oils specially blended for your ‘Dosha’ (body type) are used to rejuvenate your body system. We combine the application of herb infused oils with ancient techniques focused on the release of toxins through pressure point and traditional massage. An Ayurvedic body exfoliation using Ubtan will conclude this massage. Ubtan contains barley, oat flours, sandalwood, calamus and rose. You will receive an Ayurvedic hot tea before you depart to the relaxation lounge.

This massage aids in the relief of muscle tightness, aches, cramps and stress. It also increases circulation and provides nurturing for the mother-to-be! A special pregnancy pillow is used to provide comfort and support through the later stages of pregnancy.
