ZenSpa Wellness Rewards Program

Refer a friend
Earn 250 Wellness Rewards Points ($25 Value) when you refer a friend, family member, or business associate that is a new client to ZenSpa.
You must be a current client to participate. A qualifying referral is a new client who (1) has never received any service at ZenSpa, (2) mentions the referee’s name when booking the service, and (3) receives a service. Points for referring a friend become available in your account after referral’s appointment is completed.

A month of weekly massages (or facials)
Earn 200 Wellness Rewards Points ($20 Value) when you receive the same massage service in each of four consecutive weeks. Four same facial services count as well.
Massage or facial must be exact same length and type.
Points for weekly massages or facials become available after the fourth appointment is completed.

Pre-book your next service
Earn 50 Wellness Rewards Points ($5 Value) when you book your next appointment at checkout.
Points for pre-booking become available after the pre-booked appointment is completed.

How does it work?
ZenSpa Wellness Rewards Points can be used as payment towards services at ZenSpa. Every 10 points equals $1 of ZenSpa value. For example, if you have 1,000 points accumulated, you could redeem your 1,000 points for a $100 massage, facial, or other service.

How are the points redeemed?
We award Wellness Points at check out and your point total is printed on your receipt. You may redeem the points at any time — even if you do not have enough points to fully pay for the service (the balance can be paid via cash, check, or credit card).

What are the rules?
You can redeem Wellness Points beginning with the following visit for payment towards services only at standard prices (no special offer prices, packages, discounts, or gift certificates). All program rules, redemption criteria, and redemption values are subject to change at ZenSpa discretion at any time. Wellness Points cannot be redeemed for cash, given to another client or redeemed for the visit in which they were received. Clients can call reception for current Wellness Points balance.
