Zen Spa is a great place to relax… I travel a lot & live a very active life style..
I happened upon Zen Spa when I had scheduled an appointment @ blue spa, blue spa called me literally as I was in route to the spa & told me they had to cancel my appointment. I guess the therapist didn’t want to come in because it was a Saturday.
As busy as Zen Spa is on a Saturday they managed to squeeze me in, probably because they could hear the desperation in my voice, lol. I have been going to Zen Spa ever since. They may not have a steam room or jacuzzi, but they do have a dry sauna & shower. Zen Spa has a great staff, relaxing ambiance, they offer a lot of water, hot tea, snacks & the best oatmeal raisin cookies. Zen Spa has always been accommodating to my busy schedule. Zen Spa has never disappointed me. I also recommend their signature products the mandarin sage body scrub, massage oil & candles are superb!

ZenSpa almost makes me want to call an end to my spa-hopping days. The atmosphere is amazing. For example, there are 10 different treatment rooms, each with a unique theme such as Rainforest, Tuscany, Sierra, etc. The pictures on the website don’t do this place justice. The lounge area was stocked w/ all kinds of edible goodies, exotic teas and an array of magazines. And the massage was the best deep-tissue I’ve had so far! Lots of warm towels, a body cushion and the choice between French Lavender, Ginger Lime, or Mandarin Sage aromatherapy oils w/ no add-on fee.
Prices are a bit on the extravagant side compared with other places I’ve been to, but that can be sidestepped in the following ways:
- Go to the official website and sign up for a free 10-minute massage upgrade. Good for one time per customer.
- Purchase treatments as a series. You get anywhere from 10-15% off depending on how many treatments you purchase at one time.
- Wellness points! First-timers get 250 points ($25 dollar value) if they book their next appointment on the spot, and 50 points ($5 dollar value) each time afterwards.

ZenSpa is the Calabasas answer to Burke Williams, but without the crowds. Lovely relaxation lounge with great treats, and fabulous, friendly and quality therapists and aestheticians. This is the place to get away from the rat-race for awhile and indulge. I work in the area and have ‘trained’ my boss that a ZenSpa gift certificate is ALWAYS a much appreciated bonus!

I have been coming to this spa for about two years now since I’ve moved to Calabasas. My husband and I are VERY frequent visitors here at least once a week. We have come to know the staff quite well..everyone is very friendly and welcoming! If you want a good massage I highly recommend Robert and Ausra! The prices here are very reasonable and on top of that you get a free bottle of water after every treatment and a mini buffet of snacks and teas at your fingertips! No other spas I have been to offer that!

This spa has a lot of perks for its frequent visitors, you earn “wellness points” with every repeat appointment, referral, and for having the treatment of the month. These points get you pretty significant discounts in addition to the discounts you can already get by combining two or more treatments (the “make your own spa package” deal) - this is the first spa I’ve seen with year-round specials! The relaxation room is nice, and always well-stocked with refreshments. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is ultra soothing. One thing I really like is it never seems so crowded that you can’t really relax. I recommend it to all of my friends in the Calabasas area.
I would almost even go there JUST to hang out in the relaxation room and sip the tea. And yeah that’s me spending 20 minutes in the shower, basking in the rosemary & mint shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And they always ask you, would you like a free chilled bottle of water on your way out? Why, yes, thank you!

My husband got me a Gift Certificate for this place a few years ago for Mother’s Day. It just so happened to be located right around the block from my office! I can honestly say that I have not had a bad service there. I go there for an occasional massage but have a standing appt for a brow and lip wax with Bernadette. She rocks! She is thorough and quick. It’s a great way to spend my lunch break. My husband also enjoyed his massage there as well (Calvin).

This spa was the most amazing spa I have ever been in. I live in San Francisco where I have the spa pick-of-the-litter. I enjoyed the boutique atmosphere, the front desk attentiveness and the service. I especially enjoyed the ZenLounge. It was a wonderful experience.
